Hi, my name Alex Smith. I'm 18 years old and I am a 2nd Dan Black Belt. Taekwondo has taught me a lot of useful techniques to defend myself, and has helped me build confidence about my strength and physique. I've also met a lot of really nice people that have helped me build on my skills. It's a great sport, and it's helped me become a calmer and more relaxed individual. In my spare time I like to make digital animations and art.
Hi, my name is Alex Eslinger. I am 16 years old and I attend Middle Creek High School. I am a 2nd Dan Black Belt and what I love most about Taekwondo is that it is a regular form of exercising that pushes me to try new things. It is also a great way to meet new people and learn life skills. I have been doing Taekwondo for six years and I love being able to give back and help other students improve and reach their goals. In my free time I enjoy long boarding, reading, and playing video games.
